General Hospital Spoilers: Jason And Sonny Scramble As Police Investigate Kristina's KidnappingGeneral Hospital spoilers tease that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will debate their next moves when they find out that there is an investigation into Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Lexi Ainsworth)’s “kidnapping”.

Molly Lansing-Davis (Haley Pullos) became concerned that Kristina had met with foul play at the hands of Shiloh Archer (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) or someone else in the Dawn of Day cult, and had talked to Detectives Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Valerie Spencer (Paulina Bugembe) about her disappearance. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will inform Sonny and Jason about this and they will need to figure out what to do next, now that the cops are catching on to what is happening.

General Hospital Spoilers – PCPD Poking Around Dawn Of Day

Jason and Sonny still want to bust Shiloh, and Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) sting is ongoing; they will all need to be careful if the cops start poking around at Dawn of Day, but even if they do find anything they won’t be able to get warrants for anything against Shiloh or the cult.

But they would definitely be able to get warrants for anything like Sam or Jason colluding to kidnap Kristina against her will, likely without Kristina even having to make a formal complaint! After all, Shiloh’s probably already in control of District Attorney Margaux Dawson (Elizabeth Hendrickson), and she has to approve any warrants or investigations!

General Hospital viewers know that Sonny, Jason and Sam will need to possibly modify their tactics if the police start an actual investigation into Kristina’s disappearance. Technically, since Kristina is an adult legally what Jason did by swooping in and taking her from the Dawn of Day house actually could be chargeable as both breaking and entering, since he had no business there, and kidnapping.

General Hospital Spoilers – Could Jason Wind Up Being The One Arrested?

Shiloh could even make theft and possibly entrapment charges stick over Jason’s taking the initiation cup and having it analyzed for drugs, which he knows happened because he ran into Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) with it at General Hospital when he went looking for Kristina there!

It looks like Shiloh might have people closing in on him from all sides, and going about taking him down both legally and not so legally! He’s bound to trip up as the walls close in on him!
