General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that as much as fans are excited to see Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) back, there’s been so much buzz about who he’ll dive into a romantic reunion with, upon his return.
Looks like the lucky lady in question will be Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco), as recent hints in storylines and soap interviews expose a JaSam reunion.
General Hospital Spoilers – Laura Wright Was Pretty Clear
GH spoilers hint that the romantic possibilities for Jason are endless. As Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is currently single, many viewers have speculated about a Jarly romance.
After all, they never fully got to explore this back in 2020 after Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) returned from Nixon Falls.
Still, the actress who plays Carly, Laura Wright, recently told Soap Opera Digest (SOD) that if Sonny is in the picture, then Carly and Jason can’t be together.
Laura seemed pretty adamant that Jason and Carly would likely only resume the incredible BFF bond they have and kiboshed any romantic speculation.
GH Spoilers – The Storyline Shifting In JaSam’s Direction
GH spoilers note that the way the storyline has been set up, it seems as if Jason’s love interest upon his return could be Sam.
After all, Jason has two kids in Port Charles, but of course, he ran into Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn), the son he shares with Sam, versus Jake Webber (Hudson West).
McCall even went on a tirade over Danny acting out recently, which reminded her of Jason, before he appeared on canvas. Plus, the animosity she has about Jason possibly being Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) seems to be setting up some conflict between JaSam.
Not to mention the fact that there will likely be conflict between Danny and Sam in the near future as the boy sides with his father, and McCall tries to create distance between the two.
While they did break up long before Jason was presumed dead, absence does make the heart grow fonder. She and Dante are cute together; however, JaSam was something special.
Sam is building up a wall to hide her true feelings, but she’ll eventually succumb to her feelings when it comes to her ultimate soul mate.

He’ll yea! I want Jasam back together. There has never been a better couple then them, not even Luke and Laura sorry to say. I stopped watching because y’all broke them up Please let them get back together and this time stay. You should also put Sonny and Carly back together they don’t look good with other people.
Sorry don’t see it this way, Jason fell in LOVE with Britt and we ALL Loved them together until that Horrible Accident!! When Jason found out Britt was killed his emotions were SO REAL so GH Writers lets BRING BACK BRITT along with her MOM Liesl, hell lets bring back Scott too!! All us Fan’s would Love for this to happen PLEASE!! So lets match Carly back with Sonny, Lulu wakes up she’ll go back to Dante, Anna with Jagger, a few more match’s down the road too!! I hate seeing Valentin being a bad guy, maybe that will change !! Now that I’ve confused everyone including myself I’ll end it here!! OH One more thing WHERE is BRICK ( Sonny’s Main Man ) I’m telling you he’s deep into this Pikemen Deal, and he was somehow involved in trying to take Sonny down on his island I’ve just had this feeling for quite sometime!! Remember ” BRICK is made from STONE ” just a thought, whatcha Think??

Jasam is old and tired. TPTB never went there fully with Liason and I think it’s finally to explore their extensive, more than friends relationship. I always look at Liz as the one that got away. The one that Jason thought was too good for his life. Now that everyone knows Jake is his, there are no more babies. I think they should build their friendship again, and finally do them as a couple. JaSam had multiple chances to work and after the first time they broke up, that spark was gone. I personally have loved all of Jason’s pairings, except for Courtney. Married or not. That was a rebound relationship and mostly forced by Carly.

Yes! Jasam is always endgame. Their chemistry is undeniable and yes I agree that it is better than the Luke and Laura storyline. I like this shake up because I can honestly see in the near future of Jason finally putting Sam first. And him winning back his family for keeps. I will always be a Jasam fan and I can’t wait for the reunion! #jasam #gh

Hbp thank you! That old ship has sailed. She is with Dante and they just went thru an ordeal that made their bond stronger! Why break that? Either bring someone new, or have him back with Carly.
Liz and Jason fans have been waiting 25 years for a story. The greatest couple never written for. A Quartermaine and a Hardy child. That should be huge. There is so much rich GH history between these 2 families. There are so many untold stories that can be used. Instead, we get Sonny going off his meds again. Gee where i have I seen that? Back when Jason took the business from Sonny. Been there, done that. Going back to jasam? Sorry, been there and done that. It was amazing the first time around, and after that it was just forced BS. Carly and Jason should have never even attempted to get married. That was the worst mistake that show ever did. Jason friend zoned her 25 years ago and he never went there again. That flip to marriage and the love his life flip was so gross. It was like he was kissing Emily. Sorry, not something I want to watch. It’s obvious that a lot of people tuned in to see Jason’s big return, then they tuned right back out. The ratings are back to the lowest ever. Keep on shoving the same tired Jarly and Jasam and see how much further you drop.
Don’t want Liz and Jason, or Liz and Finn together. Bring back Franco from the dead for Liz and bring back Hayden for Finn and their daughter Violet.
