General Hospital Spoilers – Jason Morgan Lays Down the Law
GH viewers may have had their heartstrings tugged just a little recently when Jason Morgan let Sam know that he loved her. However, despite that love, Jason’s highest priority is keeping Sam and their children safe. Jason tells Sam that she, Danny Morgan (Porter Fasullo), and Scout Cain (Ella Ramacieri) are all in danger.
Criminal mastermind, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is getting out of Pentonville prison that night … and he’s known to target his enemy’s families in acts of retribution. Jason, therefore, tells a tearful Sam, that they have to stop seeing each other. Period.
Now, some GH fans might believe that no matter what, Sam and Jason will get back together even if they have to wait for two years to do it. Sam and Jason seem to be the stuff of which soul mates are made. Even if Sam knew this in her heart, however, it didn’t stop her from raging and wrecking Sonny’s safe house once Jason had left!

It’s entirely possible that by keeping their distance from one another for a period of two years, either Sam or Jason will end up sleeping with someone else. In fact, some GH viewers will agree that two years is a heck of a long time to be apart from a person one loves. Sure, some people might be able to handle a lengthy wait. Others, however, might not. When it comes to Sam and Jason, the likelihood is in the “not” category.
Viewers should remember that, just, for example, Sam’s been with Niko Dane (Ryan Alosio), Andrew Olsen (Justin Melvey), Drew Cain (Billy Miller), Sonny Corinthos, Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst), Lucas Lorenzo “Lucky” Spencer, Jr. (Jonathan Jackson), Patrick Drake (Jason Thompson), Silas Clay (Michael Easton) … and of course, then Jason Morgan.

The point is that both Sam and Jason have been with many other romantically, but somehow they always end up back together. This time will likely be no different.

Many obstacles lie between Jason and Sam. That much is clear. However, GH fans know that the love Jason and Sam have for one another isn’t fleeting. While Jason is adamant that he and Sam must stop seeing one another, and two years seems like a long time … viewers ought to remember that a lot can happen in that time frame. Sam could get a different parole officer. Dolores Maloney (Andi Chapman) could die. Maloney could disappear. Sam might find some kind of leverage that would truly make Maloney back off. Lots of things could happen.
In the end, fans of this GH couple can rejoice! It’s practically a sure bet that the story of Sam and Jason will continue.
