That’s why many GH viewers think that there seems to be someone or something missing in his life right now, and that person might very well be his former lover, confidante, and maybe even soul mate, Sam McCall.

But here’s the thing: Sam is dead. Or at least, we can presume that she’s dead. And while characters come back from the dead all the time in this fictional town of Port Charles, Sam would need more of a purpose to come back, and not just because Jason Morgan needs her.
