In the March 20 episode of GH, Jason confronted Brennan, furious over the threat he posed to Carly’s safety.

Blaming Brennan for putting Carly in a perilous situation, Jason is determined not to let any further danger arise. He has cautioned Brennan to keep his distance from Carly, but there’s no assurance that he will heed the warning.

This was  a crime he subsequently concealed—plus, he tampered with the evidence by planting Jason’s DNA at the scene.

This entire Cyrus incident could significantly alter Carly’s perception of Brennan, making it the first secret. Additionally, we must consider the second secret: Brennan enlisted Josslyn into the WSB, exposing her to a lifetime of perilous situations.
