General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Josh Swickard (Harrison Chase) has just announced the best news possible, he and his wife have welcomed their second child into the world. In October Josh and his wife Lauren announced their pregnancy on Instagram. Two months later, in December, they shared the news that they were expecting a baby boy.

And, on February 26, the proud parents welcomed their son, Arthur. After the birth Josh posted: “WELCOME TO THE FAMILY ARTHUR!!!! @laurenswickard brought this little guy into the world on February 26th (Lo I’m truly in awe of you). Thank you for all that you sacrificed to grow our family. Arthur buddy, you are so loved already!!! We pray for courage and strength over you, and that God will lead you all of your days!”

Stars from other daytime dramas also got into the congratulatory act with Eileen Davidson (Ashley Abbott, The Young and the Restless) posting, “Yay!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” while Kate Mansi (ex-Abigail Deveraux, Days of our Lives) wrote, “Can’t wait to meet my new bud.” Josh and Lauren married on December 29, 2019, and they have one daughter, Savannah Kaye who was born on April 21, 2021. Little Savannah was in the announcement photo with her parents and new baby brother Arthur and she looked thrilled to have a new baby to love.

Josh and Lauren starred in three movies to date, the 2020 film Roped, and two Christmas movies that Lauren wrote: A California Christmas, and A California Christmas: City Lights.
If only Josh’s character Harrison were as happy as he is right now! On General Hospital Harrison is waiting to become a cop again and on the rocks with his previous crush Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Will things brighten for the former cop anytime soon? Last week he was at GH in order to treat an injured shoulder so let’s hope both his career and his personal life also get on the mend soon.
