They’ll ask Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) for help busting Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)!

General Hospital Spoilers – Damian Spinelli Got The Revenge Porn Video Taken Off The Internet

Spinelli was Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) first call when the revenge porn video taken of Josslyn and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) having sex first went viral. Not only was it uploaded to Port Charles University’s server, appearing on screen in a class Cam, Joss and Esme were in at the time, from there it went viral! Students had saved the video to their own devices then uploaded it to the World Wide Web, and Cam and Joss suffered from fallout months afterward!

Spinelli was able to remove the video from the internet, but he advised Carly that he had no way to remove it from personal devices, and it could be uploaded again! Later, Cam and Joss made a public statement through an article in The Invader that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) published and the buzz died down.

GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson’s Trial Is Drawing Closer, Proof To Exonerate Her Must Be Found

Esme crafted the perfect plan when she drugged Trina’s hot toddy in the drinking game at the Corinthos Cabin that night, causing her to not remember what happened. It also had served to give Joss and Cam privacy, especially after Esme picked a fight with Spencer and they left for Port Charles. Esme had set up the phone to record video in Joss and Cam’s room starting at a certain time and picked up the phone later; an exact duplicate of Trina’s. Esme planted the phone in Trina’s purse, and called the PCPD anonymous tip line to report she’d seen Trina uploading the video! So when Trina went in knowing she was innocent to talk to Port Charles Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) the evidence was there!

General Hospital Spoilers – Trina Robinson And Josslyn Jacks Want To Swap Esme Prince’s Phone

Joss and Trina come up with a plan that sounds like giving Esme a taste of her own medicine – they want to create a diversion and swap her phone! All they have to do is be able to distract her long enough to get her phone and ask Spinelli to search it for evidence of the video. In theory, the idea is good – but in practice, anything he finds may not be admissible in court due to lack of a warrant!

However, it could show cause to issue a warrant for her phone – the trick will be to do it quickly enough that she doesn’t find out! Spinelli would have to do his magic very quickly and get pictures of the suspicious phone and data to get the warrant; if Esme were to suspect, there’d be trouble!

GH Spoilers – Trina Robinson And Josslyn Jacks Present Damian Spinelli Their Plan

Trina and Josslyn present Spinelli their plan, Josslyn knowing that he has a lot of experience in this type of thing. He would know how to go about – or around – the legality aspects, having been a private detective and also working with Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Spinelli feels for the railroaded Trina especially since no one at the Port Charles Police Department believes she’s guilty – even Jordan herself thinks she’s been framed, but can’t prove it! Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) doesn’t believe Trina is guilty either, but both he and Trina’s father, Marcus Taggart (Réal Andrews) would fear it could legally be entrapment! Spinelli is willing to give it a try, but they must all be very, very careful how they go about it!
