General Hospital Spoilers suggest Josslyn ‘Joss’ Jacks (Eden McCoy) will have bigger problems soon than just picking a side in the war between her mother and the rest of her family who will turn against Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). When Joss discovers she’s pregnant, it’s going to level all of her plans.
She was just getting ready to switch her major to medical school, and now she will find out she doesn’t even understand basic sex education all that well. If pregnancy at 19 wasn’t enough to pile onto her plate, Joss will have to reveal that she doesn’t know who the father of her baby is — Cameron ‘Cam’ Webber (William Lipton) or Dex Heller (Evan Hofer).
General Hospital Spoilers — Cam Webber Is The Comfortable Choice, But Likely Not The Father
Joss might be falling hard for Dex, but she doesn’t know him nearly as well as she knows Cam. She’s comfortable with Cam; he’s her best friend more so than her ex-boyfriend. She’s still a bit heartbroken over their break-up and hopeful that time will heal the wounds between them and allow their friendship to flourish again, but that’s going to be rather complicated as she realizes she’s going to be a mother and can’t even be sure who the father is to allow him to accompany her throughout the pregnancy journey.
GH Spoilers – Hint Dex Heller Could Be Dangerous
It’s all fun and games until someone gets hurt and that’s what could happen with Dex. Regardless, she may not need an injury or close call with Dex to realize what kind of risks he could pose to her unborn child. Dex’s career of choice could be enough for Joss to know better, given that she was raised in the same environment. She could want more for her child and decide she’s not willing to risk being coupled up to the mob. Will that lead her to seek control of the situation instead of comfort from her new beau?
General Hospital Spoilers — Pregnancy Brings About Other Issues Of Paternity
Joss could take a page from her mother — Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) — book and decide it’s not good enough to risk Dex being the father of her baby. Any chance that he is will give her anxiety and she just might decide to choose the father instead of letting DNA do the talking. Will Cam be on board with welcoming her back if he knows he may not be the father?
How will they fake a DNA test that Dex would most certainly demand? Will Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) assist with that, perhaps after realizing she owes both of them so much for going behind their backs and providing protection to Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)? This storyline could provide some interesting parallels as Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) steps up to the plate as a young father, too. Stay tuned for more General Hospital news and spoilers just ahead.

So many years, so many soaps…and one constant story line doesn’t make sense 90% of the time.
Here’s a couple that’s…involved. REALLY involved.
If a woman jumps into bed as regularly as 24 hours make a day she’s using some kind of birth control.
That is UNTIL she’s heating up the sheets with a guy she shouldn’t.
Oops! She’s pregnant.
So college student/volleyball star Josslyn gets pregnant.
There’s a big list of problems there.
Most times the baby is born, causing all kinds of complications.
But that’s the parents’ headache; and the hot topic in town.
I don’t believe that’s how Josslyn’s pregnancy would be dealt with.
I hate to see abortion brought in to solve the problem.
It’s just sad.
