General Hospital Spoilers – Brad Cooper Has Been Arrested And Booked For Fraud And Kidnapping

As General Hospital viewers will recall, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen) was arrested in last Thursday’s episode at the Corinthos house after he admitted to taking Nelle Benson Archer (Chloe Lanier) and Michael Corinthos’ (Chad Duell) live baby for his and Lucas Jones’ (Ryan Carnes) dead adopted newborn after Lucas remembered what Brad had confessed to him the night of the wreck that had put him in a months-long coma. Brad didn’t confess that his father-in-law Julian knew about this, but it wasn’t to protect Julian, it was to avoid upsetting Lucas any more than he already was.

GH Spoilers – Brad Cooper Is Afraid – He Knows He Has No Legal Leg To Stand On

Brad is afraid – he knows that he has no legal leg to stand on, plus Nelle, who he thought was his friend, has thrown him under the bus, blaming him for the whole fiasco and claiming that she herself had found out that Wiley Cooper-Jones (Erik and Theodore Olson) was really her child with Michael, Jonah Corinthos when everyone else found out!

There is no way he can lie his way out of what he confessed in front of a room full of witnesses, and there is no way that he can take back anything that he had said! Brad is again, a nervous wreck!

General Hospital Spoilers – Julian Jerome Comes To Visit – With A Friendly Warning

Julian comes to visit Brad in jail – with a friendly warning, and an offer. Julian knows that it would be Brad’s word against his if Brad were to rat him out that he knew all these secrets for several months, but then, people are inclined to believe the worst of Julian even though for the most part he has become a stand-up guy and a model citizen!

He is a small business owner of Charlie’s Pub and hasn’t had anything to do with mob business for several years now. But, old reputations – especially bad ones – are hard to overcome! Julian first thanks Brad for not exposing his knowledge of the baby switch there at the Corinthos home, but also gives him a friendly warning it better stay that way and offers to pay for Brad’s attorney.

But because now Nelle has thrown him under the bus, Brad is considering reneging on his decision to keep Julian safe! He tells Julian all this because he’s again in panic mode, even though Julian reminds him that it’s Nelle’s word against his, and even though she is a good con woman, she may not be THAT good! Brad still warns Julian that if the attorney that Julian retains for him doesn’t get him out of the charges, that he’ll take Julian down with him!
