General Hospital spoilers report Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) is about to turn over a new leaf in her relationship with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), or lack thereof. It seems that Nurse Clara (Susan Diol) — and Willow’s battle with a life-threatening disease — might have taught her a thing or two.

Nina’s heart just might swell and burst into a million pieces when Willow invites her into her home life. From the outside looking in, it looks like Nina has been patient and done everything that Willow asked. Little does Willow know, Nina has been doing everything she asked her not to do. Don’t strike back at Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Too late. Willow is welcoming Nina into the fold of her family, but she has no idea that Nina is coming into it under false pretenses. Finally, Nina is getting everything that she ever wanted, but it will be laced with paranoia and anxiety that could push her over the edge soon.

In between meltdowns and Nina‘s discussions with Ava Jerome (Maura West) about how worried she is that the truth will come out about what she did, Nina is going to enjoy soaking up every second of Willow’s time that she parts with. She never thought she would get to know her daughter this way, Now her dreams are finally coming true. In fact, rumor has it Willow is going to be angry with Carly soon for having roped Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) into another mob game. That could set the stage for Willow to lean on Nina a bit more than she leans on Carly – which may change the whole dynamic of the relationship.

Of course, the truth always comes out in the wash. Eventually, everyone is going to find out what Nina did — not just Willow. But she will be crushed by her birth mom’s lies and betrayals. Finding out that it was Nina all along who set Carly up to take the fall for insider trading will break Willow’s heart. Just when she begins to feel like she is getting somewhere with Nina and that she’s going to have a mother in her life, Nina is going to make sure she’s never welcome in Willow’s home again.
