General Hospital Spoilers: Kathleen Gati Drops Major Hint About Kelly Thiebaud’s Return

General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Kathleen Gati (Liesl Obrecht) may have just dropped a major hint about Kelly Thiebaud’s (Britt Westbourne) return.

Rumor has it, although not totally confirmed, that not only Kelly but Kathleen and Ryan Paevey (Nathan West) could be on their way back, although characters aren’t confirmed.

Liesl’s Daughter Was Britt And Her Son Was Nathan

Fans should remember that Liesl’s daughter was Britt, and her son was Nathan, although he was raised by her sister, Madeline Reeves (Donna Mills) as Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) little brother.

Cesar Faison (Anders Hove) was their father, in addition to being the father of Peter August (Wes Ramsey) and Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) twin Alex Marick (Finola Hughes) his mother.

Liesl sadly lost both her children, first Nathan who was shot, then Britt, who was a victim of The Hook.

Recently, it was confirmed that Kelly is returning, although not if she’s coming back as Britt or another character.

There have been rumors that Kathleen and Ryan will be coming back too-possibly through Dr. Henry Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) secret project, which may involve human cloning.

Kathleen Dropped A Hint About How Kelly Returns

At the start of the month, fans were thrilled to discover that Kelly Thiebaud would be returning to General Hospital.

The ABC soap has not yet disclosed whether she will take on a new character or if Port Charles will be captivated by another resurrection plot. But if the latter is true, it would be an ideal moment to reintroduce Britt’s caring mother, Liesl Obrecht.

So far, there has been no announcement regarding Kathleen Gati’s return to the series, but a recent post and conversation on X might have hinted at that possibility.

She Posted A Dancing Daisy Toy With Blue Eyes

Last week, Gati shared a picture of a dancing daisy toy that performed the 1974 classic “Come and Get Your Love” by Redbone. “Meet my new script-learning study buddy!” the actress announced, then added, “Those eyes!”

Following that, one of her followers, Tony Rossi, sent a message to Gati asking, “Hmmm, since there are rumors about your return to GH soon, is that your stand-in for Steve Burton?”

To which she simply responded, “I believe Steve Burton has blue eyes!” It’s well-known that Thiebaud’s comeback, whether as Britt or a character with her likeness, will affect Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).

Given the bond he and Britt had before her passing, it would likely lead to some interactions between Stone Cold and Obrecht.
