This week brought significant developments as Sam discovered she is a compatible donor for Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) much-needed liver transplant.

Additionally, it has come to light that there was interference with Lulu’s ventilator, as revealed in conversations between Dr. Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Dr. Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson).

At the end of the show on Friday, October 18th, we learned that complications have arisen for Lulu just a day before her surgery.

While fans anticipate the unfolding of this storyline, it’s important to note that Sam’s character is set to be written off, a decision described as “storyline-dictated.”

Many viewers had hoped that Lulu’s awakening would pave the way for a love triangle involving Sam, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), and Lulu, but that possibility now seems unlikely.

Since Sam’s death has already been filmed, we expanded the ‘What If’ promo into a storyline where Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Dante discover she’s still alive.

It highlights the challenges Sam faces as she tries to reclaim her life, including the originally planned love triangle between ‘Sante’ and Lulu, and Sam’s conflicts with others in Port Charles.”

Monaco noticed the post and replied, “Thank you, you all are the best and most loyal people ever!!!!-I appreciate it… at least I do… BRAVO!” The conclusion of Sam’s story on-screen will soon be revealed in upcoming episodes of the ABC daytime drama series this week.
