General Hospital Spoilers: Kevin Collins’ Fatal Exit – Here’s What We Know So FarGeneral Hospital spoilers note that fans can’t help but feel as if Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) might be leaving the ABC soap.

After all, he’s a prominent figure on the new CBS daytime drama, Beyond the Gates, playing baddie, Joey Armstrong.

Plus, the show seems to be hinting at Kevin’s imminent departure. But will Kevin’s exit be wrapped in a grim fate? Here’s what we know.

Kevin Collins Was Gone For A Long Time

General Hospital spoilers state that Kevin has been off-screen for a very long time. While the character was a recurring one, it’s been a hot minute since he’s been on canvas. It’s important to note that Beyond the Gates films in Atlanta, Georgia, while GH shoots in Los Angeles.

Jon Lindstrom carved out some time to film his latest Kevin Collins run, but is it realistic to think that he can do this on an ongoing basis?

After all, before this recent appearance, it had been a year since Kevin was seen in the land of Port Charles, even though he was talked about a lot. Linstrom started on BTG earlier this year.

Kevin Collins’ Exit By Death

When fans factor in Jon Lindstrom’s busy schedule at BTG, it’s not hard to think that this latest GH run might be his last for a long while.

Still, why bring Kevin back to the canvas, unless he’s slated for a shocking exit? There’d be nothing more shocking than Kevin’s death, right?

As Laura Collins (Genie Francis) is dealing with the very dangerous Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who kills people without batting an eyelash, it’s not hard to see where this might be going. Especially since Kevin stood firm against him during their encounter on Monday, December 15.

Sidwell doesn’t like it when people bite back at him; just ask PCU Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddar)! Will Sidwell kill Kevin to make a statement? This would further rock Laura’s world and keep her lane.

      The conversation between Laura/Kevin/Sidwell did hint to a Kevin removal from canvas. Even though the Kevin character is on a recurring basis, there is no way he could continue the East/West Coast filming of both shows especially when he has more presence on the East Coast soap. The resolution of his removal (permanently) unless recast, would have to be decided by writers as to his exit plan. Rather than remove Kevin completely perhaps he will be held captive or as Nelle, fall off a cliff possibly never to be heard from again. A character who has been around as long as Kevin would be missed if killed off completely due to the filming situation, but there are times when one has to say farewell and wish the actor the best.
