General Hospital Spoilers: Kin Shriner Comments On Scotty Baldwin Status, Character Not Returning

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that fans have been wondering where Scotty Baldwin is. After all, the last time he was seen in the land of Port Charles, he got tangled up in the drama with Agent John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington) and Ava Jerome (Maura West).

He’s literally vanished out of thin air. Some fans thought Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) or Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) got their hands on him; however, according to actor Kin Shriner, Scott won’t be appearing on GH anytime soon.

GH spoilers suggest that Shriner recently hopped on the social media platform X and was quite pessimistic about his character’s return.

While it wasn’t too long ago that Kin had foot surgery, he was wearing a cast boot in the final scenes before he vanished. As such, Shriner was sure to clarify to fans on X that his medical condition had nothing to do with Scott’s exit. He also revealed that it was odd how Scotty “disappeared” when responding to a fan’s tweet.

GH Spoilers – Kin Shriner Claims That Scotty Baldwin Is GONE

When another GH viewer tweeted some hope around Scotty’s return to the soap, Kin replied that was “probably not” going to happen.

Meanwhile, another GH fan noted that the sooner the sketchy lawyer returns to Port Charles, the better; however, Kin revealed that the show doesn’t have plans for Scotty to come back. In fact, he tweeted, “Scott Baldwin gone !!!”

As Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) recently took over Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) case from Scotty, Kin may have a leg to stand on with his X posts.

Still, Shriner has been known to tweet exits like this on social media in the past when he’s off canvas for an extended period of time (only to show up onscreen), so, this may be the case, too.

Only time will tell!
