General Hospital Spoilers: Laura Wright Tips Off Her Hat To Fellow GHer Whose Scenes “Made Her Cry”

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that the Monday, May 20 episode was quite intense. From what seems to be Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) last scenes to the explosive aftermath of Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Benard) meltdown, plus Kristina Corinthos-Davis’s (Kate Mansi) epiphany, many fans were left on the edge of their seat and eyes glued to their daytime screens.

Actress Laura Wright (Carly Spencer) recently tipped off her hat to some fellow GHers, expressing her gratitude and applauding their performances.

Wright hopped on X and tweeted, “Loved these scenes @MauriceBenard. And incredible work today @KateMansi (heart emoji). You made me cry.” Laura added a screenshot of Carly and Sonny together from the May 20th show, for reference.

Maurice would add a tweet on X in regard to Monday’s show, stating, “First off, I want to thank everyone for the incredible discussions on mental health, as far as today show!!! Thank the writers for understanding bipolar. So many great performances. We put a lot of hard working into what we do, we really appreciate you watching @GeneralHospital.”

GH Spoilers – Monday, May 20 Show Was Filled With Emotion

Monday’s show started where it left off from Friday. Sonny was beating Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) pulled the mob boss off his former henchman.

Of course, Kristina stumbled upon the entire thing, horrified at hearing her dad proclaim he was going to kill Jason and Heller. She fled instantly, and Sonny immediately went to find her. Upon seeing his daughter, he tried to explain what happened, but she ordered him to leave.

Of course, she would end up breaking down in front of her gal pal, Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez) after the fact, devastated that what everyone has been telling her about her father’s nature is true.

CarSon also shared some intense scenes, as Carly tried to calm him down. Sonny was worried that this incident would forever skew her perception of him. It was a tender moment between the exes who have always been on the same page in the past.

However, has been estranged as of late due to misunderstanding and mainly Sonny’s bipolar issues surfacing that much stronger because of his tampered meds (that he has zero clue about).
