A surprise encounter in Spain was the beginning of Scott Baldwin and Leisl O’Brecht’s story. Franco had just been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. To make matters worse; Franco had begun hearing Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) in his head. Hardly a specialist in such things, Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) referred Franco to a doctor at the WSB building in Geneva. Not so coincidentally, this was the same doctor who had supposedly been trying to treat Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) for his PTSD. But he was madly in love with Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) who had her own plans for Dante!

GH Spoilers – O’Brecht Had The Infatuated Doctor Give Her Control Of Dante Falconeri

As viewers know, O’Brecht had been framed by Peter for the crimes he committed himself. She was taken into the WSB’s custody but soon she convinced the doctor to pull some strings and she was transferred to Geneva where she had Dante programmed to do her bidding. Dante returned to Port Charles and it wasn’t long before he had the evidence that proved O’Brecht innocent. It was around this time that Franco and Scott arrived, and Scott saved O’Brecht from the salacious doctor. Unfortunately, he accidentally killed the doctor. The kept this a secret even from Franco.

GH Spoilers – Could Scott Baldwin Actually Find Love With Dr. Leisl O’Brecht

When O’Brecht was finally ready to return to Port Charles, she stayed at Scott’s because she didn’t want anyone to know she was free until she could get revenge on Peter. But before that could happen, Franco was murdered and Scott and Leisl shared their grief by making love, Both of them agreed that they had a good time, but could they really become a real couple? Once Lucy Coe (lynn Herring) finds out look for her to once again pursue Scott. She hasn’t seemed interested in him romantically in recent years, but seeing him in the arms of Leisl of all people might reawaken her desire for Scott. As for Scott, you can certainly bet he will enjoy the attention, but here’s hoping he tales a chance with Leisl in the end!
