General Hospital Spoilers: Lily Fisher Lands A Primetime Role

Lily Fisher, who portrays Georgie Spinelli on “General Hospital,” has landed a recurring role on “Station 19.” The primetime TV series was created by Stacey McKee and it first aired on March 22, 2018. The show is the second spin-off to “Grey’s Anatomy” and its executive producers are McKee, Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers, and Paris Barclay. The series, which has been renewed for a third season, focuses on the lives of the men and women at Seattle Fire Station 19.
GH spoilers – Fisher on “Blonde”
Fisher also got a gig on Netflix’s Marilyn Monroe movie called “Blonde.” She’s working with Ana de Armas, Haley Webb, Colleen Foy, Judy Kain, and Dominic Leeder on the film that is based on the novel with the same name. The story revolves on the reimagined life of Manilyn Monroe during the ’50s and ’60s.
General Hospital Spoilers – Recast Of Georgie Spinelli
Viewers may recall that it was Kirsten Storms’ real-life daughter Harper Barash who first played her TV daughter, Georgie Spinelli, throughout 2015. Lily Fisher took over the role in 2017 and she made her first appearance during Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms) wedding to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). She was brought back to the screen in 2018 to help cheer up Maxie who just lost Nathan in a tragic shooting incident.

GH Comings and Goings
Last September 10, Patrick J. Gibbons appeared on “General Hospital” on a limited run. Viewers may recall that he made his first appearance on the show as a scout who played a huge role in Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) rescue when he was being held hostage by Dr. Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Annie Gibbon’s, Patrick J. Gibbons sister, also reappeared to the ABC soap opera and shared scenes with Genie Francis (Laura Spencer) on the show’s September 11 episode.
Anthony Montgomery returned as Dr. Andre Maddox, the psychiatrist who plays an important role in the show’s memory transfer storyline. Meanwhile, Jen Ray has ended her gig as Chelsea Lam. She was the psychic Ava Jerome (Maura West) contacted hired to get in touch with her late daughter Kiki Jerome (Haley Erin).
Bonnie Burroughs also joined the cast as Gladys Corbin starting September 3. She took over the role that was previously played by Mel Harris. Burroughs TV credits include “Santa Barbara” as Dr. Jamie Lawrence from 1990 to 1991, “Days of Our Lives” as Gretchen Lindquist in 1991, and Stacey Giordano on “One Life To Live” in 1987. Chris Muto will appear on the show’s September 17 episode as Officer Daniels. Muto played the role of Rick on “Days of Our Lives” back in 2005.
