It’s been a while since fans last saw Dominic Zamprogna play the role of Dante Falconeri on “General Hospital.” Viewers have been wishing he’d return to the show and his on-screen mother, Lisa LoCicero feels the same way, too. The two had something to say after a fan shared a photo of them along with Tamara Braun and Garren Stitt on Twitter.
In the posted photo, LoCicero said, “Moms and their sons!” LoCicero responded. “Love it!” Zamprogna replied with a joke, “Not that you’ve even remotely tried to find me.”
General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri
Viewers may recall that Zamprogna was last seen in 2019 when he made a brief appearance before his character was written out. His character suffered from PTSD after his last undercover work and he was forced to run away and leave his family behind. The actor debuted his character in 2009 and left in 2018.
Meanwhile, LoCicero has portrayed the role of Olivia Falconeri since 2008.
The actress immediately replied to her TV son’s comment saying, “If I had a dollar for the number of times I’ve turned slowly to the camera, dropped a tear and begged someone not to ‘give up on my boy…’”
“I’d buy you some pie at Kelly’s, because it was only like, five times,” she added.
“So five-camera looks with tears worth of love and effort?” the actor replied.
Fans responded positively to LoCicero’s corresponding response. “Come back in a coma, honey! I’m sure you’ll get your 100th weepy monologue outta me? I miss you!”
