General Hospital Spoilers: Liz Convinces Julian to Fight for Kim!

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) is obsessed with Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth), or more specifically, the Drew Cain (Billy Miller) memories currently implanted in Franco’s body. But it wasn’t all that long ago, that Kim was in a much healthier relationship with Julian Jerome (William DeVry). Kim is in a dark mental space right now, between mourning for her son Oscar Nero Quartermain) and dealing with Drew in Franco’s body reminding her of the time they dates and Oscar was conceived.

General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber reminds Julian Jerome of what he and Kim had.

Kim threw her relationship with Julian away to be with Drew, but once the Drew persona eventually disappears, Kim will hopefully be able to really heal. Julian truly loved her and she loved him. That love is likely still there, and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) will likely remind Julian of that love once again. She tried once before to get Julian back in Kim’s orbit, but Julian wasn’t hearing it. He had made plans to leave town with Kim, only for her to decide to run away with Franco instead.

GH Spoilers – Julian Jerome is obviously hurt

Understandable, Julian has been terribly hurt by Kim’s actions. But look for Liz to remind Julian of the love they had. What she is feeling right now isn’t real and she is currently being ruled by her grief. Liz will want Julian to talk to Kim, to try to reach her. Julian will doubt if he can do any good as Kim is pretty far gone. But Liz is determined and will eventually get Julian to agree to try and reach Kim. Her hope would be that Kim will realize that her love for Julian is the real deal.

General Hospital Spoilers – It won’t be easy getting through to Kim Nero

Kim is deeply entangled in her delusions and one conversation with Julian with most likely not change her resolve to be with Drew, even if he is in another man’s body. Julian will have to keep trying but will his pride allow him to do that? How many times can Kim reject him until he just gives up. And even as hard as Liz pushes, Julian may eventually tell her to back off.
