General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) could add to her list of problems. GH fans know Liz has a lot on her plate right now.

She’s preparing for quite the courtroom battle with Scott Baldwin’s (Kin Shriner) help. They’re hoping to force Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) into the memory procedure, but Martin Gray (Michael E. Knight) will fight just as hard to prevent it.

That’s why Liz will take a breather from her own issues and let Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) share some of hers. At first, it may be a welcome distraction for Liz. She’s been bonding with her sister more than ever during Hayden’s latest stint, so that’s been nice to see. Unfortunately, Hayden’s keeping some massive secrets – and one of them would absolutely floor Liz.

General Hospital Spoilers – Hayden Barnes Drops Her Guard With Her Sister

On October 21, General Hospital spoilers say Hayden will drop her guard. She’ll have a deep conversation with her sis that could spell trouble. Hayden always tries to be careful when it comes to talking about Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). However, this is GH and that means there are always going to be slipups. It’s a fun part of any storyline surrounding a secret.

Will one of those slip-ups come during Hayden’s chat with Liz? Since Hayden’s guard will be lowered, it’s a possibility to consider. It’s doubtful Hayden will come right out and confess she has a secret child stashed away. Nevertheless, Hayden could inadvertently offer a hint. She would backtrack, but the damage might be done.

Liz may be too caught up with Franco chaos for it to sink in immediately. Perhaps Liz will need a few more clues before she puts it all together. Regardless, it’d be an interesting twist to have Liz learn the truth. She’d have to decide whether to betray her sister and blow all this progress or keep her mouth shut.

Of course, Liz could also choose the third option of convincing Hayden to come clean. She could nudge Hayden toward making this difficult admission and facing the consequences. Finn needs to know his baby survived and is now a sweet young girl. Liz could suggest Finn will forgive Hayden in time if she’ll just suck it up and do the right thing.
