General Hospital Spoilers: Lucas’ Plan To Save Britt – Jason Becomes Casualty?

General Hospital spoilers for the week of February 23-27 reveal that Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will concoct a plan to get her out of her current situation – being under Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) thumb. However, could Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) become a casualty in this scheme?

Here’s What We Know

Steve Burton has already announced that he’s taking a short hiatus from the ABC soap. The actor has wrapped up filming and is slated to exit soon. Jason will be back sometime in July, but this doesn’t mean he won’t exit in a way that leaves plenty of question marks.

Lucas is a doctor, not a law enforcement agent or part of the WSB. While he has good intentions in wanting to help Britt get out of her current predicament, there’s a good chance that what he does lands both him and Britt in danger. After all, Lucas is on Sidwell’s radar.

Pascal (Marc Forget) informed his boss that Lucas overheard a conversation between him and his son, Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo). With that said, Sidwell also knows that Lucas isn’t aware that Pascal saw him eavesdropping.

Jason Morgan To The Rescue

It’s not hard to think that Lucas and Britt could land in a tight spot, only for Jason to come to their rescue. But could he land in a dire situation, himself?

In an effort to “save” both Lucas and Britt, Jason could get caught in the crossfire, where he’s either presumed dead or kidnapped (or both).

Will Britt tell Jason about Lucas’s plans? Either way, if he finds out Lucas and Britt are in trouble, he’ll run to their aid.

After all, he’s in love with Britt, and while Jason isn’t in Lucas’ orbit, the good doctor is Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) brother, and he won’t want anything terrible to happen to him either.

Is this how Jason exits the canvas for the interim? Will something bad happen as he’s trying to save Britt and Lucas?
