What mystery resides in Pine Valley that equates to a lump sum of $50,000 being routed into Marty’s bank account every month? Moreover, could it have anything to do with his past and his many ex-wives?

Lying by omission is still dishonest, and a lawyer like Marty should know better. He took Mac Scorpio’s (John J. York) words to heart recently when Lucy’s longtime friend cautioned him not to betray her.

Jackson is even more of an upstanding attorney than we’ve known Marty to be in recent years. At least, that was his reputation years ago. So when Felicia and Lucy approach him with expectations of him divulging any information as to why he has ties to Marty, it’s not likely that he’s going to utter a word of his relationship with his fellow attorney.

Moreover, it’s quite possible that the financial exchange happening between Jackson and Marty has nothing to do with Jackson at all. He may be working as a liaison for a client. Could that client be someone who has something to do with The Deceptor?

Fans are jumping out of their seats with excitement hoping that Marty’s entanglement with Deception’s latest product turns out to be linked to a prior entanglement with Erica Kane (Susan Lucci).
