There’s clearly more to the story of Nathan’s mysterious return, so Lulu may land in a dangerous situation if she discovers it.
Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) admitted she thought things felt off with Nathan when they reunited in the cemetery. However, Maxie now assumes that was because Nathan was keeping secrets about his new romance with Lulu.
That may be partly true, but there’s also a good chance Nathan is keeping secrets about far more than just his growing Lulu connection.
Plenty of questions are still swirling regarding Nathan’s miraculous comeback and what happened to him during those missing seven years.
Nathan may know more than he’s letting on, especially after the way he blundered his conversation with Lulu during the blizzard.
GH viewers may recall that Lulu was puzzled over a story that didn’t make sense regarding Nathan’s dad, so he was forced to seemingly cover up his error.

There was also that cryptic comment about Nathan wanting to be the man that Lulu saw him as, which implied that he wasn’t truly that guy.
We may be dealing with someone masquerading as Nathan, so this could be the result of brainwashing, memory-mapping or some other wild mind games.
It’s even possible Nathan is a total imposter if the DNA and fingerprint confirmation was faked.
Fans probably wouldn’t be surprised if Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) took care of that along with making sure there was no body to find when Nathan’s grave was exhumed.
Whatever the case, there are obviously a lot more layers to peel back when it comes to Nathan’s return. Now that Nathan is dating an investigative journalist, he could be in more trouble than he realizes.

Lulu has a nose for news and a passion for following the story wherever it takes her. If Lulu starts to see some red flags, she may investigate Nathan and discover far more than he bargained for.
There have been some hints about Nathan potentially being one of Jenz Sidwell’s (Carlo Rota) police informants, so that’s something Lulu might figure out.
Nathan may be in deep when it comes to Sidwell and Cullum’s project, so Lulu might uncover that revelation along with so many others. If Lulu does learn too much, that could put her life in jeopardy.
Nathan had a major outburst with Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) that showed how easily his anger can come out – at least with this version of Nathan.
That could happen for Lulu too if she finds out some Nathan shockers and causes him to take action against her.
