General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu Grows Suspicious, Nathan Acting Strange

General Hospital spoilers say that Fake Nathan is going to have a tough time keeping up appearances after he kidnapped Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). 

Keeping a hostage hidden and alive is not an easy job, especially when you are moonlighting full-time as a police detective and stealing your dead twin’s identity.  Cassius Faison has his work cut out for him, will Lulu Spencer become suspicious?  

Lulu Notices Something Is “Off”

Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) thinks she’s dating Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), Cassius Faison even managed to convince the woman he is sleeping with that he’s his dead twin brother. 

A lot of people are starting to ask questions about how Nathan cheated death, and we all know the answer to that.  Cassius knows that if the truth comes out, he’s going to lose Lulu Spencer for good.

Josslyn Jacks’ (Eden McCoy) disappearance will sound alarm bells in Port Charles.  Ironically, Nathan West will be the one racing around town “looking” for the missing WSB agent.  Bet he won’t look on Spoon Island!

In the mean time, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) might have a hunch that Nathan could be involved, after the clues that Joss found before her disappearance. 

According to GH spoilers, Dante will probably try to warn his ex-wife about her new boyfriend.  Once Dante puts some doubt in the back of her mind, it won’t be long before Lulu starts to pick up on some strange things about Det. West.

Losing Lulu Makes Cassius Lose It?

We don’t know much about Cassius Faison, but it’s obvious he is head over heels in love with Lulu Spencer.  I

n fact, he probably wouldn’t have kidnapped Josslyn if he wasn’t so worried about keeping his identity a secret from his girlfriend. 

If Lulu starts asking questions and it becomes clear she’s suspicious of him, Cassius could crash out and kidnap her too!
