It was on a flash drive, so if that device still lingers somewhere in the little town, Lulu may insist that she wants to hear what her father and mother’s long-time rival had to say.

Lulu may start on a mission to find the flash drive, and then more questions could pop up once Helena’s entire video is shown.

This could unleash a new Spencer/Cassadine storyline that may lead Lulu to a path that hints at anything from Luke still being alive to a disturbing Cassadine secret that Helena has kept hidden all these years.

Regardless, fans have wondered what the end of Helena’s message was all about for a long while, and it could be Lulu who uncovers it all.
