General Hospital Spoilers: Lulu’s Pregnancy Bombshell Could Pull Dante Into a Cover-Up?

General Hospital spoilers reveal Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) has been fighting her budding feelings for Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) for some time now.

Six months without Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) in the mix somehow allowed both of them to act as though her feelings didn’t matter when they liplocked more than once and discussed chasing the white rabbit down the black hole that is their burgeoning relationship.

Nevermind that this could blow everyone’s lives apart. While Maxie’s surprise return to the canvas has seemingly encouraged Lulu to push pause, Nathan doesn’t seem so certain.

That leads me to believe the chemistry between these two hasn’t been snuffed out just yet.

Will the impending sense of the end before their beginning lead to a consummate relationship? Rumor has it that could spur real consequences ahead.

Nathan Isn’t Finished Yet

Nathan is obviously still interested in exploring his feelings for Lulu, but Maxie waking up has complicated matters.

He can’t just abandon his family, and it sounds like he has some sense of duty to please their son, James West (Gary James Fuller).

This really made it hit home for fans that Nathan isn’t thinking about what he wants to do. Still, doing the noble or “right” thing won’t diminish how badly he wants something — or someone — else.

Rumor has it Lulu and Nathan’s “affair” is going to happen. But will it overlap with a new romantic opportunity that Lulu didn’t see coming?

GH Spoilers Say Dante’s Wheels are Turning

We could read it all over Nathan’s face as he explained to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) just how it feels to be in Lulu’s shoes. For them, time stood still. Lulu didn’t wake up feeling like four years had passed.

She woke up like it was tomorrow, and she was every bit as still in love with Dante as she always was.

But Dante was grieving Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) death. Now, he’s not. That moment may have initiated a new thought pattern for Dante.

Is it time for him to circle back and see where his feelings lie for his ex-wife? Just picture Lulu entertaining both of these best buds at once, refraining from telling Dante and Maxie the truth.

An Impromptu Reunion

If Lulu and Dante open the floodgates to their feelings for each other, there is no turning back.

She’s sure to be caught off guard if he goes there right now, but it’s unlikely she’ll tell him she’s not interested because she’s falling for Nathan!

So is it possible we’ll see Lulu giving Dante another shot as a means of trying to ignore her feelings Nathan — ultimately ending up in bed with both of them (obviously not at the same time)?
