A recent “GH” preview showed Nikolas and Ava flying to visit Spencer in France at his boarding school. While Spencer has believed his father to be dead for the last three years, things will now change. It also reveals the news that Nicolas Bechtel is returning to the role of Spencer Cassadine. Fans can watch this happen in “General Hospital” on Monday.

General Hospital Spoilers – Marcus Coloma and Nikolas Cassadine

Marcus Coloma was recently interviewed by Digital Journal about his new role in ABC’s “General Hospital.” Coloma revealed that not only is he taking over the role of Nikolas Cassadine, but he will also be involved in a couple of “General Hospital Fantasy” events next month.

Marcus will be in West Palm Beach on February 8 for the first part of the “General Hospital Fantasy Event,” followed by an appearance in Orlando, Florida, the following day, February 9. As a new face in “GH,” Coloma is looking forward to meeting the “passionate” fan-base for the soap, saying these are his first events relating to the soap, which he believes will be a lot of fun.

As for his role as Nikolas, Marcus said that as he is playing an existing character, it is unique for him to be on a Soap as long-running as “General Hospital.” Many fans have told him they have watched “General Hospital” since they were born and it is a part of their lives.

Coloma said not only is he a part of the cast, but he is also a great fan of the show and loves the various “intense moments” and cliff-hangers the show’s writers keep introducing. Marcus said how much he loves the role, as well as the fans, the cast, crew, and writers.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine wants to help Spencer Cassadine

Coloma went on to say he is very drawn to his character as Nikolas, saying he really wants to help his son Spencer and is a very caring person with a big heart. Marcus said Nikolas “makes decisions and acts” on them. As a father, Nikolas wishes to be loved and understood by everyone, as he sets out to make things right. With young Nicholas Bechtel returning to the show, this brings in an exciting and enjoyable storyline.
