General Hospital spoilers reveal Marcus Coloma (ex-Nikolas Cassadine) has left the set. The role of the Cassadine prince has since been filled by Adam Huss, who has filled in for Marcus a few times over the last year or two.
There was plenty of controversy surrounding Marcus’ exit from General Hospital, and fans are still on two sides of the fence as to who was to blame and what really went down.
Marcus recently sat down with his former castmates Steve Burton (ex-Jason Morgan) and Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli) on their podcast, That’s Awesome, to air his alleged dirty laundry.
General Hospital Spoilers — Marcus Coloma Makes The Rumor Mill Churn
Before news broke that Marcus would be leaving GH, the actor mysteriously unfollowed all of his GH castmates on his social media accounts. Fans began to wonder if something was amiss, and reports started coming out that Marcus walked off the set and refused to film his final scenes.
Fans also couldn’t help but notice that Marcus remained following only one account on Twitter — that of Elon Musk, which made fans question whether it was all a political move on Marcus’ part and if he was signaling his exit from GH had something to do with his political affiliation.
That claim might have been extraordinary if it hadn’t recently been asserted by another former GH castmate, Ingo Rademacher (ex-Jasper ‘Jax’ Jacks), who claims the company was intent on letting him go because of his personal political positions.

Marcus claims he has new goals on the horizon
General Hospital Spoilers — GH Garners A Reputation
Marcus’ split from GH makes for the third controversial exit in the last 14 months — following Steve Burton’s and Ingo Rademacher’s both being let go after their religious exemptions to Disney’s Covid-19 vaccine mandate were denied.
Ingo has since filed a lawsuit against the parent company which is still in litigation. Will legal issues stem from Marcus’ departure? It’s unlikely, but anything can happen in GH land. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
His political views got him fired?
I wasn’t aware Nancy Lee Grahn was making casting decisions for GH now.
I FF every scene she’s in because her tweets aren’t JUST her views.
She insults anyone that doesn’t feel the same way she does.
Red rage where you hear this I speculated Grahn had something to do with it
