General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) was once a pretty decent character, but has taken a turn to the dark side. Much like others in Port Charles, he was known to tell a lie or two; however, he crossed a line by forging Monica Quartermaine’s (Leslie Charleson) will recently. Now that Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has kicked him out of her house, will she be his next target?
Martin Grey’s Scheme Exposed
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that mere weeks ago, Martin helped Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) by placing Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) into a corner.
Drew had launched an investigation into Stella’s work and placed a spotlight on her “fraudulent” activity where hospital insurance paperwork was concerned.
Still, his rivalry with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) got the better of him, and by soliciting Veronica “Ronnie” Bard (Erika Slezak) to go along with his plan, he made everyone believe that Monica left her the Quartermaine mansion, when she really gave it to Tracy.
Martin is very lucky the Qs aren’t pressing charges, considering the chaos he created. With that said, Martin’s reaction to his sister’s reaction wasn’t good.
Will Martin Help Oust Laura Out Of Office?
As Drew is Martin’s top (and only) client, he’s been involved in meetings with him and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) where the mayoral election is concerned.
Laura is friends with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), and as the men want his piers (and she refuses to help them) they’ve been trying to do all they can to throw the woman under the bus and stop her from getting re-elected.
During the Tuesday, November 4 episode, after Martin confessed to the will forgery, and Laura expressed her disappointment, Sonny interrupted their meeting. Martin made a comment about Laura “judging” his illegal activity after she kicked him out of her home.
He relayed that she was still friends with Sonny, despite his illegal activity, and Laura reminded her half-brother that she wasn’t cutting him off, just asking him to move out of her house.
It’s not hard for fans to see where this might be going, so will Martin transform into a full-blown villain? Will he help Drew and Sidwell by tampering with her re-election?

I hope Martin will not become a full blown baddie, I like the actor and was pleased when he joined the cast. But, was disappointed in the role he has been given. MK is deserved in my opinion of a much better presence and could add more to canvas than his role has presented. Let’s get Martin out of all of this foolishness and allow him on a road to be a successful, halfway honest attorney as PC definitely could use one and Laura could use a brother with more integrity as it seems her husband/Ace have been lost in soap cyber space and she has no adult family in PC other than Lulu and that presence isn’t much either in my opinion.

We don’t need another shady lawyer. Ric is enough. And we have enough villains with Drew, Sidwell, Pascal, and the questionable villains like Dalton, Ava, Sonny, Jack, Marco,ad we don’t know what Britt and Nathan are to, to name a few. Martin needs to come back over to the “good” side. MEK is great at adding comedy, so put him with Tracy, back with Lucy,or SOMEone and let them go.
No, don’t make Martin as bad as Drew. I want him to help bring Drew down. Rick is sleepy enough. I want Martin to end up with Tracy they have real sparks. Plus don’t let him turn on Laura.
Definitely don’t want Martin to turn on Laura. I agree there are enough bad personas on GH and writers need to allow Martin to stop all of his trying to pay people back and become a decent citizen. Writers love to ruin characters one way or another. I wish Martin would help bring Drew down a notch or two. MK needs to have better presence than he has up until now. A pairing with Tracy is something I can’t envision, but if will get him on the straight and narrow then bring it on.
