General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie Holds the Power in Lucy’s Dangerous Sidwell Plot

General Hospital spoilers tease Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) is awake, and she’s likely to be consumed by her new reality for the foreseeable future.

Learning that Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) is actually alive — and has returned to Port Charles in the time she was in a coma — has come as quite a shock.

But despite being thrown for that loop and needing ample time to recoup her health and reintegrate with her kids at home, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is likely to come on strong with requests for Maxie’s help back at Deception.

Can the Maxonista pull it together enough to realize how much she can help right the wrong that was done to her and help Lucy’s heart heal in one fell swoop?

Two Tattered Hearts

While Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) ordered the hit on Maxie’s heart, he inadvertently tore Lucy’s apart too.

Sidwell didn’t think twice about the risks of eliminating the threat Maxie posed when she wouldn’t agree to his deceptive business practices and realized he was laundering dirty money through her company.

Splicing that face cream with a toxic compound that caused her to have a heart attack was genius, and no one has thought anything of it.

Now, Maxie is awake, but will she pose the same risk to him now? Meanwhile, Lucy is gearing up to take him down after he shattered her heart and her ego by refusing to choose her over Ava Jerome (Maura West). Will Sidwell snuff out her revenge games?

Maxie’s Memory Wanes

Don’t forget that Maxie forgot. When she woke up, her last memory was about momming, not peddling products for Deception and passing out in the middle of it. Still, she only just woke up.

There is ample time for her to remember the things that were flooding her mind with concern just before she had that heart attack on stage at Heart & Home.

If Lucy comes a knockin’ with her newfound concerns about Sidwell, will Maxie’s memories come flooding back, reuniting these two cosmetics moguls in a takedown of epic proportions?

Deceptive Ladies of Deception

Can Maxie and Lucy band together to take Sidwell down, and will they risk everything in doing so? Clearly, this guy means business.

He won’t think twice before taking one of them out if it serves his agenda of keeping his nefarious business practices under wraps.

He can’t risk being exposed by them digging around in his business activities, and it’s likely Sidwell will already be on guard once he learns of Maxie’s back-in-action status.
