Maxie used to be more devious even having an affair with Lucky Spencer (ex-Greg Vaughan) years ago. Maxie even used drugs to get Lucky into her bed. Maxie doesn’t need to coax a man into her bed this time. Maxie wants to make a man who has lied to her pay. However, there could be a few more people on her hit list as well.

General Hospital’s Maxie has been duped by Peter August (Wes Ramsey). Maxie has recently discovered that her whole relationship with Peter is a lie. As much as Maxie dislikes what Peter has done, she is more upset with others who let it go this far. Maxie’s godmother, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is at the top of that list. Anna allowed Maxie to believe that Peter was her son and it was safe to be with him. Anna defended Peter against evidence that she knew proved his guilt as well. Anna even fought against her former husband, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), and fiance’ Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) to defend Peter. Now Peter has killed Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) to keep him quiet about his crimes.

However, if Anna had told Maxie the truth, Maxie may have changed her mind about the wedding. Unfortunately, Anna did not give Maxie a choice.
