General Hospital’s Felicia survived serial killer, Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) not once but twice. Maxie grew up knowing about Ryan and what he did to her mother. Maxie witnessed first hand how strong and capable her mother was. Maxie should know what to look out for in a criminal. Maxie’s family should be disappointed in the lack of instinct.

General Hospital’s Frisco works for the WSB. However, Maxie was mostly raised by Mac Scorpio (John J. York) who was the police commissioner. Maxie has seen how to recognize a criminal all of her life. How in the world can she possibly take nothing after either of her parent or her uncle Mac? Surely Maxie had to inherit something from her parents. Maxie should not be such a gullible person. Can she get a little of her father’s instinct to help her out?

So why is Maxie still defending Peter? Why does Maxie refuse to hold him accountable for his actions? How can Maxie so easily excuse Peter’s role in her husband’s death? How can Maxie excuse everything Peter has done two Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and other people in Port Charles?

General Hospital’s Maxie knows everything Leisl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) has done in her life. Liesl has never once made any secret that she helped Ceasar Faison (Anders Hove). However, Maxie should know when Leisl is lying as well.

How could Maxie believe that Leisl is guilty of making Drew Cain (Billy Miller) disappear? How could Maxie possibly believe that Leisl would try to have Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) hurt? Could Maxie possibly believe the Leisl is responsible for all of Peter’s crimes? Does Maxie not know her mother in law any better than this? How could Maxie turn on Leisl so quickly over a man?

General Hospital’s Maxie is completely delusional about Peter and his evil side. Is Maxie so afraid of being alone that she has to make excuses for a criminal to be with a man? How could Maxie be so forgiving to Peter and not give Leisl the benefit of the doubt? How will Maxie feel when the truth comes out about Peter?

Maxie loves Peter. She had a chance to be with someone else when Chet asked her to date him but she turned him down for Peter. I believe that if Maxie just wanted to be with someone then she could be with someone else but she wants to be with Peter. Peter started out as Maxie’s friend. He waited for her to be ready to date again which took nearly a year and a half. Peter was even going to try to walk away from Maxie but she did not want that. I believe that there is more to the situation with Peter and more to Peter himself. I believe that Maxie really knows the real Peter. Maxie has her own dark side and has done some rather shady things in her past. She is Frisco and Felicia’s daughter. I do believe that Frisco was a bit of rebel in his past. Felicia is a very open minded person. I believe that the reason that Maxie did not believe Liesl is because Liesl kidnapped and nearly killed Peter. Maxie more than likely thinks that Liesl just went around the bend again and wants to put the blame on Peter. I believe that Peter really loves Maxie and will come through for her and their child in the end no matter what has been up with him. I hope that Peter and Maxie stay together and raise their child with James and Georgie.
