General Hospital Spoilers: Maxie’s Stunning Reaction To Lulu’s Nathan Confession, Throws Bestie For A Loop

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) will know she has to come clean to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about where things stand with Nathan West (Ryan Paevey). It’s almost time for Lulu to spill all, but something pivotal will happen before she has the chance.

Since someone’s going to spy on Lulu and Nathan’s close moment in the March 4 episode, that could be Maxie herself or at least someone who will blab to her.

Regardless, Maxie may have a secret of her own once Lulu sits down with her in the Deception office and prepares to confess. By then, Maxie may already know that Lulu and Nathan have kicked off a romance.

GH released a preview video for the week of March 2-6 that features Lulu declaring that she needs to tell her best friend the truth. Lulu can also be seen sitting across from Maxie, who has a rather blank expression as Lulu delivers news.

However, Maxie will let Lulu make her spiel, which will probably involve some talk about how she never expected these feelings for Nathan and tried to fight them.

Lulu may be apologetic for making things even more complicated for Maxie following her coma awakening and hope her BFF can find a way to understand.

At some point, Maxie may finally stop Lulu’s rambling and admit she already knows about her romantic connection with Nathan. That could bring a conversation about the close moment that was witnessed if that’s how Maxie is brought in the loop.

That alone could shock Lulu, but she may be even more shocked by Maxie’s reaction. Although Maxie looks a bit cold in the weekly promo, that may be a fake-out that’s meant to throw fans off.

Now that Maxie has chosen Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), why should she fly off the handle over Lulu and Nathan falling for each other? It would be selfish and out-of-character for Maxie to totally lose it or try to forbid this romance from happening.

Even so, Lulu may be taken aback if Maxie is more understanding than she anticipates. Maxie might insist she’s happy for Lulu and Nathan, so they could get her blessing if all goes well.

That doesn’t necessarily rule out the possibility of some jealousy presenting itself and becoming a problem for Maxie at some point, but she might support Nathan and Lulu’s relationship for now.
