General Hospital Spoilers: Michael And Dex Step Up Their Plans – Will It Backfire?

General Hospital spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) has made no secret of his desire to completely ruin Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard). He is furious that Sonny continually sides with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) since his return, even sleeping with her and destroying his marriage to Michael’s mother, Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright). He has already used his business savvy to attack Sonny’s legitimate businesses. Michael also knows that it’s those businesses that Sonny needs to front his mob activities.

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos has a secret weapon!

Knowing how ruthless Sonny can be, Michael has put a secret weapon in place. Newcomer Dex (Evan Hofer) presented himself to Sonny as a man desperate for work. Sonny has brought Dex into his organization and Dex is slowly gaining Sonny’s trust. But what Sonny doesn’t know is that Dex is secretly working for Michael. Having a mole in Sonny’s organization will allow Michael to more easily take Sonny down.

GH Spoilers – Brando Corbin is suspicious of Dex!

Something about Dex doesn’t sit well the Brando. Although Sonny has asked Brando to stay out of it, he can’t help but be suspicious of Dex. Brando could potentially discover Dex’s true allegiance. In order to prevent this, Dex has tried to bond with Brando over the fact that they both served in the military. Whether that is enough to distract Brando from the truth remains to be seen. If Sonny discovers that Dex is a traitor, his very life could end. Hopefully, Dex realizes the ramifications of his actions.

Michael has to realize he has a limited time before Sonny finds out the truth. Look for Michael to speed up his plans. Dex will soon be privy to all kinds of information that Michael can use to disable Sonny’s business. The time and location of shipments could be very useful to Michael should he decide to alert the authorities. And the fact that Selina Wu (Lydia Look) also uses the docks with Sonny’s blessing could cause a huge rift between the two criminal masterminds. Perhaps Michael will expect Selina to do his dirty work for him.
