General Hospital Spoilers: Michael E. Knight Talks About His On-Set “Crush” – Who’s The Lucky Lady?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight ) is officially back in the land of Port Charles, clean shaven without an accent and has dived, headfirst, into an explosive storyline.

Mob boss Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) summoned the lawyer back to town and placed him on an important mission: get the murder charges against Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) dropped at any and all costs.

Soap vet Michael E. Knight recently caught up with Soap Opera Digest (SOD) to talk about GH comeback and teaming up with Grahn.

General Heneral Spoilers – Michael E. Knight Has A Secret Crush

Well, it might not be all that of a secret any longer, as Knight, with a grin on his face, proclaimed his “crush” on co-star, Nancy Lee Grahn. He goes on to say how lucky he feels and how ‘wonderful’ Grahn is and how he just loves her.

Knight notes in the SOD interview that, “She’s phenomenal. She’s one of those people where it literally doesn’t matter what the scene [is about] — she’s like playing handball against the wall; it doesn’t matter what you hit, it’s going to come back to you.”

GH Spoilers – Michael E. Knight Has A Very Different Working Style Than Nancy Lee Grahn

Knight also reveals that he has a very different working style from Grahn. He comes to the set with lines memorized, while Grahn is known for how quickly she can memorize her lines the day of taping.

Despite this, Knight reveals the utmost admiration and respect for Nancy’s approach to soap work. He adds that she is, “… really, really good with story.”

He goes on to note that working with Nancy is phenomenal, and she’s ‘a joy”. He states, that when the camera starts rolling, she gives 1000%. Knight tells SOD, “And that is the technique she has spent decades creating and I am lucky to be in that orbit. I got no complaints, trust me!”
