General Hospital spoilers tease that for years now, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) has been the center of Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) world. But Willow’s recent health issues are at least partly because she is expecting a baby. But as happy as this information should be, there may be more to it than initially thought. Michael may soon be forced to make a horrible choice.
General Hospital Spoilers – Willow Tait’s Health Issues Started Before Her Pregnancy!
Even though Willow’s fainting spells are being attributed to her pregnancy, the first time she passed out was months ago, likely before she conceived. That means that there may be something more serious happening besides pregnancy. This would likely be something that a transplant or transfusion from a biological parent could help treat. But no one except Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) knows that Willow’s biological mother is Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros).
GH Spoilers – Willow Tait’s Pregnancy May Be Life-Threatening!
If Willow goes forward with the pregnancy, she may be advised that her life could be at risk. She may decide to keep that secret, meaning that things could end up so dire that Michael might end up having to choose between Willow and their baby! It would have been a terrible choice and one that could have been prevented if Michael had all the information at his disposal. If Willow died because Carly didn’t reveal Willow’s connection to Nina, she may lose her son forever!
General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Corinthos Will Have To Live With Her Guilt!
Chances are that Carly is already about to lose her fortune. If she could have saved Willow by just telling the truth, she may lose the love of Michael forever. In addition, the war between Carly and Nina will only escalate and grow more vicious. Nina is not going to take it lightly if she loses another daughter and Carly was involved in some way! Carly can certainly be her own worst enemy, she doesn’t need to add Nina to the list.

Maybe her blood pressure… Pregnancy can cause several bad things…Toxemia… I'm tired of baby deaths tho….Nina should know about her daughters…Let Carly finally take some heat….
I don't know what her condition could be but if she does dies it will fit in with all of the women that Michael has been involved. With the exception of Sasha the rest of his love interest died on the show. As far as Carly telling what she knows about the connection between Willow and Nina it's going to be ugly if the truth comes out after Willow dies. Carly would rather run through hell wearing gasoline panties than tell Nina ANYTHING!
I have been thinking about the same thing you stated about Michael's romances. The only character he has been involved with that didn't die was Nelle and my gut feeling is that Nelle will show up again at one time or another. By telling the lie Sasha did saved her from the Michael curse. Of course, Willow may not be pregnant either – just another assumption from what has been revealed thus far.
I can’t stand narsassistic Carly but even she can’t be so self absorbed to keep the secret about Nina if Willow’s life depends on it….
Carly made a promise is true. However Carly should tell Nina. Their is no right or wrong. Nina and Willow have bad blood from day one. Carly has nothing to do with that. To me its what ever the Writers want. I'm just her to support the Cast and Crew.
I think since Nelle is coming back, the truth about her and Willow being sisters will come out and Nelle may have something to do with saving Willow.
How can Michael make the decision about saving the baby or Willow? He isn’t her husband or even her fiancé.

Let Carly leave. Sonny goes after her. Willow will have her baby without knowing about the other problems. Enough is enough. Leave that couple alone. They are going to be bigger problems since Nell is back. Solve the other problems going on in Port Charles.
