General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Furious With Carly For Keeping Nina’s Connection To Willow Secret — Will He Retaliate?

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) confession is going to send her family off the rails, and Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) may warn her there’s no coming back from her latest lie. When Carly latched onto the idea of keeping the truth about Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother to herself, she had no idea there was any risk to Willow’s life in not knowing. In fact, she couldn’t have, because, at the time she found out, Willow had no idea yet that she was sick.

That came later, and yet no one shared that information with Carly. If she’s not careful, Michael’s mom could give him the impression she thinks there is blame to be shared because she would have chosen differently had she known about Willow’s health circumstances. As she continues to miss the bigger picture, Michael is going to be furious with his mother — and his anger just might rival that with which he feels for his dad, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

General Hospital Spoilers — This Isn’t The Time For Fighting

While Michael is struggling to digest the news that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) handed him, he’s going to keep his distance from his mother. Truthfully, Michael won’t have the mental energy to deal with his mother right now as Willow’s life hangs in the balance.

He needs to focus on Willow, and now possibly having Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) test positive for a bone marrow donation. His bandwidth is limited, but he knows he’s going to have to deal with his mom eventually, and so does Carly. She’ll have to cope with the anxiety this gives her all on her own, knowing she’s not very deserving of sympathy from anyone.

GH Spoilers – Tease Sonny Corinthos  And Nina Reeves Gather Round

Carly won’t like it when she sees Sonny and Nina circling around Michael in his time of need, as he’s not allowing her to be a source of comfort to him. Drew won’t ice Carly out, but he’s not happy with her either.

Right now, Carly’s feelings of abandonment and sadness aren’t going to be at the top of anyone’s list of priorities, and watching how she deals with that may ruffle some feathers, because she’s used to having someone to calm her down. This might be a good time for her to call on her own mother, Bobbie Spencer (Jaclyn Zeman). Of course, that means Carly would have to tell her mom what she’s done.

General Hospital Spoilers — Carly Spencer Tries To Defend Her Disastrous Decision

Whenever anyone gives Carly the room to speak, she’s going to jump to her own defense. That won’t be a good look for her, but humbling herself has never been one of Carly’s strong suits.

She’s the bad guy right now, and it’s going to make Nina look like a martyr when she isn’t one. Carly may be worried that Nina will sink her teeth into the opportunity to be there for Michael and Willow in a way that she cannot be herself.

Let’s just hope Carly doesn’t make any more mistakes as she tries not to turn green with envy. Such melodrama from her at a time like this could inspire Michael to fight back against his mother much like he has been against Sonny. Stay tuned for more General Hospital news and spoilers just ahead.
