General Hospital Spoilers: Michael Manipulates Sasha, Wants Brando Intel For Sonny Takedown?

General Hospital: Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson)General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will reconnect with Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) in an upcoming GH episode. But will Michael want to talk over old times with his former girlfriend, or get intel on her current husband Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) for his takedown of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)?

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos And Sasha Gilmore Once Were In Love

Viewers will recall a few years back that Michael and Sasha were in love, and they quite likely would have married had Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) not fought for custody. At the time Michael was engaged to Sasha and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) was living with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and they were in love. As Michael was fighting with Nelle for custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) Attorney Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) suggested his case would be stronger as a married man.

Diane found fault with Sasha’s pretending to be Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) daughter, and felt it would hurt their case. So Chase and Sasha pretended to have an affair to push Willow and Michael together for the custody case, and Michael and Willow married.

GH Spoilers – Times Have Changed, Michael Corinthos Has Changed

Times have changed and so has Michael; he has become more bitter against Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) than he ever seemed even against Nelle! He is determined to take Sonny down and crush him, to ruin his legitimate businesses and perhaps even to find a way to put him in prison! Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has tried to intervene between the two of them but Michael simply won’t budge; he even hired a plant to act as Sonny’s enforcer. No one suspects Dex (Evan Hofer) is a plant, except Brando – he doesn’t get a good feeling about him and followed Dex to the Quartermaine stables, suspecting he was after Michael! Michael, of course set up the whole scenario to throw Sonny off the track and even Dante didn’t suspect!

General Hospital Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Puts On His Nice Michael Face

Michael puts on his “nice Michael” face when he talks to Sasha because if she saw all this Sonny anger in him she wouldn’t know him! Michael was always loyal to Sonny back when they were together, and it was a happier times for him and Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) back then. Michael of course knows Brando is a Corinthos relative, and he took over Jason Morgan’s (Steve Burton) old motorcycle shop and turned it into a garage for cars.

Sasha doesn’t know about the rift between Michael and Sonny, and hasn’t been involved in Brando’s business with him, so Michael makes small talk at first. He asks things like how business is going at the garage and how she’s doing at Deception Cosmetics.

GH Spoilers – Michael Corinthos Brings Up Brando Corbin Coming To The Stables

Michael plays dumb and brings up Brando coming to the stables with Dante and asks Sasha if she knows anything about Dex. Brando hasn’t been involving Sasha or his mother, Gladys Corbin (Bonnie Burroughs) in anything to do with his helping out Sonny, and Sasha doesn’t know anything about him. Sasha isn’t a lot of help – she doesn’t keep up with what Brando does with Dante or Sonny, but she knows Sonny has been very concerned over both of them. Sasha wonders where Michael is going with all this and he realizes that he’s going to have to go elsewhere to get information!
