Willow has a huge secret she’s been keeping from Michael, and only a few people know what it is. Apart from her doctors, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James), T.J. is the only person Willow has really been able to lean on for support.

To be fair, it won’t be Michael’s fault he hasn’t been there to support Willow through her cancer diagnosis. She hasn’t clued him in on it, and it’s not looking like she plans to anytime soon. Michael may even start to worry the baby Willow is carrying could be T.J.’s and not his. Ultimately, his growing suspicions that something else is going on between Willow and T.J. just might force the two of them to come clean sooner than Willow planned.
