General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal fans were buzzing after the Thursday, November 14 episode when a chance encounter brought Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) into Molly Lansing-Davis’s (Kristen Vaganos) orbit. The two had a very nice conversation, and sparks were flying during this onscreen chemistry test, so what happens next?

GH spoilers suggest that Molly is likely on the cusp of a cheating storyline. After all, she’s also had a couple of chance encounters with Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), which seemed to hint that the two could become more than just friends down the road.
With that said, this coupling might be swept under the rug in light of Molly and Isaiah’s interaction.
The two had some great scenes together, and even though the transplant surgeon seems poised to have a romance with Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), the soap could be pivoting this idea.
There’s a good chance Isaiah may replace Dex when it comes to Molly’s cheating, which would usher in some interesting developments.

GH spoilers hint that Jordan and Isaiah’s romance could progress, after all, this would make Molly and him hitting the sheets much more scandalous. After all, Jordan is TJ Ashford’s (Tajh Bellow) mom, so their one-nighter would become a family affair.
TJ and Molly have grown distant since their baby passed away, and the two have not been connecting as they should.
This could open a door for Isaiah and Molly to hit the sheets, especially if emotions ran high and if there was alcohol involved. Whether it’s off the cusp of Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) funeral, or possibly in the aftermath of Ava Jerome (Maura West) getting cleared of Baby Irene’s killing.

Either way, Molly and Isaiah could do the deed, so could this bring on a miracle pregnancy for Molly, and would there be speculation over who the father is? TJ and Molly haven’t been overly romantic lately, so it’s hard to say.
