General Hospital spoilers reveal Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos) wants a baby, but she’s not sure how to tell her domestic partner, T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow). Recently, the couple thought Molly might have been pregnant by accident, and it sent their heads spinning.

At the same time, they were both very excited about the chance that they would be becoming parents together. That came as a surprise since they both thought they would be childless for several more years while they worked to get to the places they wanted to be in their careers. Now, they’re both longing for a child — but separately — and it’s about to get a whole lot more complicated as Molly learns she cannot bear children.

When Molly heads to see her doctor to discuss why her period hasn’t arrived, she’s going to be slightly nervous but also hopeful. Could the pregnancy test have been wrong? Maybe she really is pregnant and she’s one of those obscure cases that will only show up on bloodwork in early pregnancy.

Either way, she’s hopeful and feeling confident that T.J. would embrace a pregnancy now, as long as it happened by accident. That being said, the doctor is going to tell Molly the reason for her absent cycle is much more serious than she expected, and it also happens to mean Molly can’t have children of her own.

According to General Hospital spoilers, Molly just won’t be able to fathom telling T.J. this devastating news. He has always wanted a child of his own and adoption just wouldn’t be the same. How could Molly have been infertile all of her life and never known it until now? One would think she would find comfort in her partner, especially since he is a compassionate and understanding doctor, but she just can’t bring herself to share her bad news with him.

Instead, she might rationalize to herself that it’s okay to keep him in the dark. After all, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) did that, and T.J. supported her through it even when Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) had no idea Willow had been diagnosed with cancer.

Molly will be playing with fire lying by omission and expecting that T.J. should be cool with it. She might lie to herself while she’s at it, pretending she’s doing it to protect his feelings and that he doesn’t even need to know until they reach a point in their relationship that they actively want to try to have children. Maybe a miracle could happen by then. Perhaps she should stop using birth control and see what happens without him knowing it. This is going to spiral quickly.
