Molly has been delaying this for a while, but she’ll finally realize surgery could be the path to fewer flare-ups and some relief.
Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) knows how rough things have been for Molly lately when it comes to her condition. Molly’s case of endometriosis is quite severe, so Cody was shocked when she passed out at Charlie’s Pub.
On the bright side, it led to Molly opening up her endometriosis diagnosis and what that means for her life. Molly was relieved when Cody insisted he didn’t need kids to be happy with Molly, who’s enough for him.
Now Cody and Molly are in a great place romantically, so she’ll appreciate having him in her corner ahead of this surgery. Cody will no doubt offer any necessary pep talks, even if he’s secretly worried that something might go wrong.
Although the risks will be minimal with this surgery to relieve Molly’s endometriosis symptoms, that won’t stop her loved ones from fretting. This procedure will play out in GH’s April 3 episode, which is also when Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will make a confession.
Alexis might admit to Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) or Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) that she can’t help but think of Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in this moment.

Part of Alexis may be scared that Molly’s time in the hospital will end tragically like Sam’s did when she gave part of her liver to Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening).
Of course, the transplant surgery was actually successful on both sides. Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) digitalis dose is the reason Sam died, but it wouldn’t have happened if Sam hadn’t been a patient there.
The trauma of losing Sam after her procedure may haunt Alexis a bit. Alexis might confess that she can’t bear the thought of losing another daughter and hope for good news once this surgery is complete.
Despite any terrifying moments that might be coming up for Molly’s loved ones, the surgery will hopefully go off without a hitch.
