General Hospital Spoilers Monday, August 26: Laura’s Rage, Robert & Anna Scheme, Tracy Shaken

Tracy has gone through a lot of mourning since her return. The wounds are still fresh, especially with Gregory Chase’s (Gregory Harrison) death. So, Lulu Spencer’s (last played by Emme Rylan) grim fate will be another hit for Tracy. I’m actually a bit concerned about Tracy, but we will get to that in another post!

GH Spoilers – Laura Collins’ Mission

On Monday, August 26, Laura will embark on a mission. In a preview clip, Laura talks to Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr). As Portia calmly listens at her desk, Laura rages about how could the doctors miss this?

General Hospital Spoilers –  Finding Valentin Cassadine

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, August 26 reveal that the search continues for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez). It is teased that Anna will enlist Robert’s help.

In a preview clip, Anna tells Robert that they need to locate Valentin without Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) catching on. After Anna says this, Robert has a bit of a smile, so he must have an idea!

GH Spoilers – Monday, August 26, 2024

On Monday, August 26, fans can also expect Carly to demand answers. Carly wants to know what Brennan has on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). Speaking of Jason, he agrees to hear out Brennan.

Fans should also see what is happening with the hostage situation. In yesterday’s preview clip, we just saw shackled feet shuffling across the floor. However, now we know that person is none other than Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson).

With Lulu being transferred to GH due to her decline, what is going to happen next? Will there be a miracle? There was word a while back that the role was being recast, so anything is possible.

Which storyline are you looking forward to seeing the most on Monday, August 26, 2024? What are your predictions for Lulu, Laura, Lucky, Chase, Brook Lynn, and Tracy? What does the future hold for Carly, Brennan, Jason, Valentin, and the rest of the Port Charles residents?

Thoughts: Lulu: She’s coming back, as the original or as a recast – she’s BACK! Laura: She’s the survivor and leader she’s always been – nothing changes there. Expect more of her gloriousness~. , Lucky: He’ll escape somehow or be rescued and save the day for his sister, Lulu, with a timely, partial liver transplant for Lulu. , Chase: He’ll be integral to the problem-solving with the Ava case. Brook Lynn has so many balls up in the air anything can happen with her but, for once, she doesn’t seem to have any hidden secrets or dramas. She will be SOMEONE’s ROCK. Tracy? Well, she is proving to be the Quartermain Glue-of-Old, that holds everyone together, no matter what happens. She’s wise,, balanced, open and discerning. Love this character and all she offers to so many on this show! What does the future hold for: Carly? It doesn’t matter because whatever it is, she and her Ego (yes, she’s the “mini-me of that duo) will find a way to make sure she stays a perpetual “cog-in-every-wheel-that-is-most-need-for-angst-dysfunction-and-drama,” Brennan: He continues to reign supreme, cool and sleuthy… just what any soap worth their foam needs. Jason: He continues to do the same, in his own vein, which means, he is reliably loyal to those who need that the most. Valentin? Hard to say, except to know that he has two loyalties: the one that came from his loins (Charlotte), and the one that fires-up his loins (Anna Devane), so with all that brain power being “spent” on his heart and ego inextricably commingled, he’s pretty much unreliable for anything else! Molly and TJ? More pain as they crawl and cry through their pity party for what THEY ALONE created while firmly rooted in denial and ego. Kristina? She will continue in her own pain, mourning a child that WAS at least 1/2 her DNA and all of her heart and soul – even though she had no idea that would happen when she impulsively leapt to do whatever she could to stop the meltdown her sister was having all because she “couldn’t carry a child.” How many billions of women over how many thousands of years have had to learn to live with that and found that adoption was a GIFT for more than just those that wanted to be parents? Anyway – We can pray/hope that K. will ultimately assert her biological and spiritual motherhood over HER “Adela” and that TJ will honor the fact that K. carried his half of that baby girl while they BOTH learned what it is to be a part of the miracle of creation of a baby. Meanwhile, Molly will (hopefully) look in the mirror to know what true denial, ego and selfishness look like. Her sister, K, was not a BROOD MARE, and even that is wrong for horses. Surrogacy is a MISTAKE of mankind, and foolish. Let’s see what is the ultimate outcome of this game people have played, shall we?

I was with you completely til the last statement about surrogacy. Yes, it’s complicated, but in reality, don’t all parties involved – or at least the surrogate – have to go through psychological testing? And I believe the prospective parents would have more than just a verbal promise from the surrogate. Either way, there are so many cases where surrogacy has worked out beautifully for all parties. I do believe that adoption is the better option. There are thousands of children in the foster care system, and thousands of their so called “parents” who shouldn’t even be allowed to have a goldfish. It would be wonderful if childless couples who so desperately wanted one, would adopt one of the ones already waiting, and longing to have that kind of love and attention.
Other than that, I agree with every word you said, and you said it beautifully. So many of these comments are so jumbled with spelling, punctuation, and factual errors, they are impossible to read. Nice to read one so clearly stated.
