General Hospital Spoilers: Monday, December 30 – Carly Comes Clean To Sonny – Jason Questions Sonny’s Motives – Nina Put On Notice

General Hospital  GH) spoilers for Monday, December 30, tease that Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will have another heated argument. As GH viewers know, Sonny and Carly have been having pretty frequent arguments lately, ever since Carly became privy to Jasper “Jax” Jacks’ (Ingo Rademacher) big secret – that he’s harboring Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) in his house and helping him in his plot to bring down Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

As GH viewers know, Carly found out about Nikolas’ existence several weeks ago, but he and Jax implored her to keep the whole thing a big secret. Carly wasn’t happy about keeping the secret from her good friend and Nikolas’ mother Laura Collins (Genie Francis), but she agreed to stay mum for a while. And it all seemed possible until Sonny got wind of the fact that she and Jax have a secret.

GH Spoilers– Tension Mounts Between Carly & Sonny Corinthos

Well, now it’s causing tension between Carly and Sonny. Sonny just wants Carly to tell him what she’s keeping from him, but thus far, Carly has refused. Sonny is frustrated with Carly, Carly is frustrated with Jax, and Jax is frustrated with Nikolas. It’s a big mess. But for Carly, she’s got Sonny breathing down her neck, and she doesn’t want to share the Nikolas news with him, because she’s afraid he’ll take action against Jax.

On Monday’s GH episode, it appears that Carly will have another meeting with Jax, during which she begs him to turn Nikolas into the police and just be done with this whole thing. Of course, GH viewers know that Jax has given Nikolas until New Year’s Eve, so he’ll probably lay all that on Carly, which won’t please her. She’ll want Jax to take action now, so she can tell Sonny what’s going on.

General Hospital Spoilers– Sonny Corinthos Wants Answers From His Wife

After her meeting with Jax, it looks like Sonny will confront Carly again about the secret she’s been keeping. Monday’s GH previews show Carly and Sonny in a serious argument in which Sonny quizzes Carly about where she’s been. Carly will fire back, asking if this is another interrogation, and Sonny will say, “I don’t know, unless you want to confess.”

That will prompt Carly to say, “Yeah, I’m going to confess that I’m sick of my husband treating me like I’m the enemy!” Sonny will then say that he wouldn’t treat her like that if she’d just tell him the truth. Finally, Carly will say that it’s time that she tell him exactly what’s going on. So, does that mean that Carly will drop the news about Nikolas being alive on Sonny? If so, then that means that yet another person will know about Nikolas, and it will be harder for him to keep his existence a secret.

GH Spoilers– Jason Morgan Questions Sonny Corinthos’ Motives

Other General Hospital spoilers say that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will question Sonny’s motives. As GH viewers know, Jason knows that Carly is keeping a secret as well, but he’s in the dark about it just like Sonny. Jason might point out that Sonny’s history of going after Jax is the reason that Carly isn’t telling him anything, and he might wonder if Sonny will use whatever information Carly’s hiding against Jax.

Finally, GH spoilers say that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be put on notice on Monday’s episode. She’s now got information in hand that could determine whether Valentin actually rigged the DNA test showing that Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) was her daughter. She could get the information she needs to definitively conclude that Valentin orchestrated the fake daughter scam – and then she’ll need to decide what to do next.
