General Hospital Spoilers Monday, December 9: Anna Suspects Peter – Griffin Surprises Ava – Nina Deceives Valentin

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, December 9, tease that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will wonder what’s on Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) mind. As GH viewers know, Peter just finished up a conversation with one of his henchmen on the phone, telling that person to make sure that the procedure on Franco Baldwin (Roger Howarth) was stopped – even if it means that Franco or Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) must be killed. On Monday’s episode of GH, it looks like Anna will start to realize that something’s very wrong with Peter.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome Gets A Surprise

Meanwhile, Ava Jerome (Maura West) will be back in action at her gallery. It looks like she’ll have checked herself out of Shadybrook after her visit from Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). As GH viewers know, Nina’s got a theory that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) is actually alive and has been tormenting Ava – and she’s absolutely right about that!

At any rate, Ava is shown in Monday’s GH preview looking startled at her gallery, and it looks like the person who startles her will be Griffin Munro (Matt Cohen). He’s also shown in Monday’s GH preview telling someone that he’s returned to review the care plan for Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes), who’s currently in a medically induced coma. Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) will also be on hand at the gallery to help out on Monday’s episode.

Back to Nina, she’ll join Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) at The Metro Court and the two will discuss their activities from the prior night. As GH viewers will remember, Valentin broke into Ava’s gallery looking for the portrait of Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers) but encountered Nikolas in a mask. He’ll probably relay all of this to Nina, who might suspect that the person Valentin encountered was Nikolas.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nina Reeves Considers A New Business Partner

General Hospital spoilers also say that Nina will consider a new business partner on Monday’s episode. Might she be tempted to go to Jasper “Jax” Jacks (Ingo Rademacher) in her quest to bring down the Cassadine men for all of their scheming? Of course, she doesn’t know that Jax has been a reluctant partner of Nikolas, so she might get a surprise if she does go to Jax.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will speak with the “Drew” version of Franco before the memory reversal procedure gets underway. GH spoilers say that she’ll try to express her gratitude toward him, but it will be tricky. After all, in order to get Franco back, “Drew” will have to be essentially wiped out of existence.

GH Spoilers – Jasper Jacks Blasts Nikolas Cassadine

Finally, on Monday’s episode of General Hospital, Jax will angrily tell Nikolas to “go knock on Valentin’s door.” GH viewers will remember that Jax threatened to abandon his partnership with Nikolas and go to the police in a previous episode, but he was convinced not to since Nikolas seemed to be close to retrieving the portrait of Helena. Perhaps Jax will finally be ready to cut Nikolas loose.
