General Hospital spoilers are in for Monday, January 19, 2026! In the next episode, fans can expect Justine Turner (Nazneen Turner) to threaten Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) appears sick as she continues listening to the voice. Plus, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) puts a positive spin on Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) verdict.

Alexis Davis’ Demand

Let’s start off with Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) ordered the lawyer to free Willow or she would never see Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinante) again.

Well, Willow got a not guilty verdict, so Alexis came through with her part. Now, she expects Drew to follow through on his promise.

Trina Robinson’s Positive Spin

Over with Trina, she talks about Willow’s verdict with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup). At first, Trina was worried that Willow could get custody of the kids after shooting a man in the back.

However, the young lady now has a more positive spin on it. The art gallery worker tells Kai that Willow going free might not be such a terrible thing, after all.

Justine Turner’s Threat

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, January 19 reveal that a preview clip shows Chase having to deal with Turner.

The ADA warns the detective that he could be the next one going to prison because of his interference in Willow’s case.

Sonny Corinthos’ Promise

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he makes a promise. The mob boss must be talking to Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson).

The man says that he is not going to let him go down for this. Sonny was worried that Willow going free could mean Michael is on trial next. With all the lies that Michael has told already, a trial might go very well for him.

There is no way that Sonny is going to let Michael go to prison, but how far will he go?

Anna Devane’s Sickness

Over with Anna, she is still in captivity. However, now, Pascal (Marc Forget) and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) are playing sick, cruel mind games with her.

The woman has already gotten a nosebleed. While she was given treatment, the woman clearly is not well.

As Anna stands up, she appears weak and wobbly. The voice is still playing, making Anna sick to her stomach. What are they going to do to Anna, and what is their end goal?
