General Hospital Spoilers Monday, March 1: Obrecht’s Urgent Maxie News – Dante’s Fierce Warning to Peter – More Franco Tumor Trouble

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Monday, March 1, tease that in Port Charles, NY there’ll be at least one person in Port Charles who’s over the moon about the impending double nuptials. Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) will excitedly declare that it’s their wedding day, so she’ll be eager to watch Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) marry Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Peter August (Wes Ramsey) marry Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms).

However, Finn will continue to mull over the DNA results, which he eventually decided against opening today. As Finn’s haunted by his past mistakes, it seems he’ll suggest to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) that he doesn’t deserve the good things in his life.

Chase will kid around and insist Finn doesn’t deserve any of it, but he should drop the joke sooner or later. From where Chase is standing, Finn will deserve all the happiness in the world. Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will tell Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) that he feels really solid about his decisions. Jordan may feel like Curtis is making too many changes, too quickly – ones he might regret.

General Hospital Spoilers – Curtis Ashford Will Stand His Ground

Nevertheless, Curtis will apparently stand his ground and keep looking to the future. That goes for both Curtis’ personal and professional lives. Next, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) will enjoy some Champagne as he happily talks to Jackie Templeton (Kim Delaney). “I would consider it a victory,” Robert suggests in Monday’s GH preview video.

Whether Robert’s referring to Jackie’s Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) story or perhaps the progress she’s made with Finn since coming to Port Charles, Robert will think she’s on the right track. Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) will also pop up and gaze in Jackie’s direction as she chats with Robert. It seems like Gregory will be jealous and a bit saddened by the idea of Jackie potentially moving on.

Nothing serious is happening with Robert, so Jackie might spell that out to Gregory later. This could also lead to a deeper conversation about the issues in Gregory and Jackie’s relationship. Will they manage to find their way back to each other? There’ll be a realization that both Gregory and Jackie make on Monday, so GH might reunite them in preparation for another blowup!

GH Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Will Seek Out Peter August

Other General Hospital spoilers say Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will seek out Peter before the wedding. Dante may suggest that he’s accepting the nuptials are happening, but that doesn’t mean he’ll tolerate any other bad behavior out of Peter. Dante might warn that if Peter does anything to harm Maxie or her children, they’re going to have a real problem.

Over with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), they’ll consider where Maxie might’ve dashed off to. Maxie has disappeared, so Sam will break the news to Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and confess they really don’t know where Maxie is. Mac should find that concerning, but Britt will probably just hope Maxie finally wised up and took her chance to run in the opposite direction.

GH fans know Maxie actually went to the cemetery again in hopes of talking to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and once again asking for his blessing. Instead, somebody else caught Maxie off guard. It appears it was Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), so that should be revealed in Monday’s episode.

General Hospital spoilers say Liesl will have a special delivery for Maxie – one she’s hoping will help Maxie see the light when it comes to Peter. Will Obrecht tell Maxie about Alex Devane Marick’s (Finola Hughes) updates from beyond the grave? Will Maxie learn that Alex is Peter’s biological mother?

Even if Maxie does learn that shocker, that won’t be enough to convince her Peter is a bad seed. Maxie may argue that Peter’s worked hard to become a better man and can escape the ghosts of Alex just like he’s escaped the ghosts of Cesar Faison (Anders Hove).

General Hospital Spoilers – Peter August Is Not The Man You Think He Is

Obrecht may gripe about Peter framing her and point out that she’s off the hook now. She should push Maxie to accept Peter’s guilt, but Maxie won’t be ready to do that yet. “Peter is NOT the man that you think he is!” Maxie yells in Monday’s GH promo. Maxie will continue to defend the man she loves, but look for a shift in Maxie’s perspective down the road.

In the meantime, Anna and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) will nail down the details of a new plan. “It’s not too late,” Valentin says gently in the preview clip. Since what they’re about to do can’t be undone, Valentin will probably just want to give Anna one final opportunity to back out.
