‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Monday, March 2: Michael’s PCPD Visit, BLQ’s Reality Check, Chase’s Regret, Willow Settles Scores

General Hospital spoilers are in for Monday, March 2, 2026. In the next episode, fans can expect Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to get a reality check.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) connects with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). Plus, Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is questioned by the mayor. Keep reading to find out what is coming up in the ABC soap opera.

• BLQ and Tracy have a chat where her grandmother gives her an eye-opening talk. Will this revolve around her husband, Chase?
• Speaking of Chase, he’ll catch up with his wife’s father, Ned, where he tells the man that he’s had some regrets regarding his recent actions.
• Laura questions Willow about her congressman woman role, noting she hopes the young nurse doesn’t use the position to settle any personal scores – but we all know that’s bound to happen!
• ADA Turner is frustrated when a final lead  hits a head, and Michael is invited back to the PCPD for the umpteenth time.
• Finally, Kristina catches up with Sonny, only to rant to her mob boss father.

Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Reality Check

Let’s start off with BLQ. The brunette found out what Chase did and was furious. Even though he tried to lie about it at first, BLQ knew that Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) wouldn’t lie about something like that. 

The brunette gave her husband an ultimatum. However, when she discusses it with Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliott), she gets a reality check.

The older woman says, “Do you know that for a fact, or is that what you want to believe?”

Harrison Chase’s Regrets

Meanwhile, Chase goes to see Ned. The police officer says that he deeply regrets his actions and will fix it immediately. However, I’m not too sure if Chase can really make that promise. 

As for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she finally apologized to her mother. Next, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) summon their daughter for a meeting.

When Trina sees their faces, she knows something is wrong. The girl asks what is going on. She looks nervous, they look very serious.

Willow Tait Cain Questioned

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, March 2 reveal that Willow gets questioned by the mayor. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) wants to be sure that the nurse isn’t going to use her position in Congress to settle her own scores.

Of course, Willow is going to say what Laura wants to hear. However, with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) calling the shots, I’m worried. 

Justine Turner’s Frustration

Over at the Port Charles Police Station, Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) vents. The ADA declares to Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) that their final lead is another dead end. 

Later, Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is caught off guard when Dante asks him to come into the PCPD for a meeting. While Michael might worry that he’s going to be arrested, he could get another surprise.
