‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Monday, March 31: Ric & Liz’s Fatal Crash, Lucky’s Panicked Plea, Drew’s Betrayal

General Hospital spoilers for Monday, March 31, 2025, are here! In the next episode, fans can expect Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to be betrayed.

Meanwhile, Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) begs first responders to help the victims of the crash. Will everyone survive, or could there be a fatality?

Ric Lansing & Elizabeth Baldwin Fatal Crash

On Monday, March 31, fans can expect to see what happens after Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) brakes failed. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) tampered with the brakes on a car in Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) parking spot, thinking it was her vehicle.

Then, Ric got in the car and drove Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) home. It wasn’t long before Kristina realized she made a terrible mistake, but it was too late.

Lucky Spencer’s Panicked Plea

Lucky screams at the emergency personnel to do everything they can for “her.” Lucky is probably referring to Liz. Meanwhile, could Lucky connect the dots between Kristina rushing out claiming she made a mistake and the timing of the crash?

There is also Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), who gets difficult news about the crash. A preview clip shows Molly asking Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) if he really should be at the bar.

Molly seems relaxed, so maybe she learns about the crash from Cody. Once Molly finds out about the crash, that could put her in a tough position since she’s the assistant district attorney.

Even Ric knew right before impact that something was wrong with the brakes.

Drew Cain Betrayed

Across town, General Hospital spoilers for the next episode reveal that Drew will feel betrayed. Then, he gets on the phone and orders someone to “get it done.” Drew adds that he doesn’t care how it gets done, just as long as it does.

General Hospital fans will also see Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) confide in Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Meanwhile, Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner) opens up to Anna Devane (Finola Hughes).

Emma will also react to complete disbelief over what someone says. Back to Anna, she will get some tough news from Mac Scorpio (John J. York). In a preview clip, Mac tells Anna that she might feel differently once she sees something, sounds like this has to do with Emma.

Also, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) plans are thwarted. However, Sonny assures his right-hand man that the trail might not be cold just yet.

Sonny and Jason aren’t going to give up until they get answers and a name. However, could Sonny and Jason be intentionally led down the wrong track?
