General Hospital spoilers and rumors tease there could be more fallout for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) after Judge Albert Kim’s (Kurt Yue) ruling. Since Drew and Carly are considered co-conspirators in the SEC insider trading case, they may not be allowed to have contact while Drew is in prison, and possibly post-release.
General Hospital Spoilers – Thirty-Six Car Payments And I’m Done
Drew tried to make Carly feel better about his three years sentence by thinking of it as thirty-six car payments and he’d be done. But that was small comfort to Carly, who then found out Kim threw the book at her, fining her five million dollars besides Drew doing hard time in Pentonville. When she broke the news to her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) with her attorney Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) present she said she’d have to get a job.
Diane expressly said no one else, especially Michael Corinthos, (Chad Duell) Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Drew could help with the money-it would bring more suspicion. Diane then said she had to go to the courthouse to finalize all the paperwork relating to the ruling and the agreement.
GH Spoilers – No Visits, No Letters, No Phone Calls?
Carly made a promise to Drew the night before he was to report to Pentonville that she’d wait as long as she had to in order to start their life together. He said he wanted to move in together, although he didn’t say marriage, once he was out, but so far they knew of no stipulations they couldn’t have contact. However, Diane hadn’t gotten done at the courthouse and Zeke Robinson (Gavin Houston) had some finishing up to do as well and planned to appeal when an appeal was possible. However Judge Kim had pronounced the sentences, not any other requirements that had to be followed to the letter, and no contact whatsoever between Carly and Drew would not be surprising. He could even extend it through Drew’s parole period and extend the parole period as far as three years.
General Hospital Spoilers – Could She And Would She Wait?
The big question is could she and would she wait for all the restrictions to end to resume her relationship with Drew-it may be more difficult for Carly than for him. She had Sonny declared dead pretty quickly and went about rekindling her years old relationship with Drew’s twin Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) which was always under the surface. If by some miracle Jason suddenly reappeared alive, would she stay true to Drew or flip flop to Jason-even Drew warned her he was not there to be a replacement Jason.
It’s not likely to happen, but Carly still has had no closure over Jason-his body was never recovered, just like before. But Drew’s been on the other side of that situation and he’ll expect Carly to wait for him like she promised, because were the situation reversed he’d wait for her.
